Here’s a work in progress for this extension in Kinberley Road Solihull. We were asked to convert the poorly laid out rear of their property and incorporate the garage to create an huge open space kitchen, utility room and wet room with roof lantern.
With many homeowners removing baths in favour of a larger walk in shower area this particular customer wanted the best of both worlds.
Each renovation of this kind is bespoke to the needs of the occupant. This is just part of an ongoing project within the health and care industry.
